Accommodation
The Gaming + cottage is a cottage specialized in video games and board games. It can accommodate up to 8 adults! It is located in the city center of TOURS!

This is an offer reserved for:
- Groups of young people over 25 years old who are passionate about gaming living locally or coming from the 4 corners of France
- Teenagers from 11 to 17 years old who want to celebrate their incredible birthday (with at least one accompanying parent). Possibility of exemption for a nightly rental on the weekend ONLY for this event (2 nights minimum normally)
- Families who come to visit the city of Tours or their own families living here or who are looking for a stopover on the road to the holidays with an entertainment offer for the youngest
- Professionals participating in a conference who do not fear the proximity of the beds and who rely on moments of play to continue to know each other better and share their good humor!
- Students coming to take exams feeling the need to relax (a little) between the tests
- International travelers who wish to enhance their trip by satisfying their passion for the games that they had to leave behind them…

Our Gaming + cottage is not, however, a festive place. Respect for the place, the calm and the neighborhood remains imperative in all circumstances. We fully adhere to the Geek/Gaming spirit and are stakeholders as gamers ourselves! (don't worry, we don't participate in your stay 😉 ).

Practical aspects:
- You will occupy 2 duplex apartments, the only ones in this building.
- On the garden level, you have 1 double mezzanine bed + 2 sofa beds (fully equipped studio)
- On the 1st floor, you have 1 double mezzanine bed + 1 double sofa bed on the floor + 3 single beds in the bedroom.
- The beds are made and towels provided!

Access for travelers
- It is imperative to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood after 10 p.m. - Easy and free parking in the neighborhood
- End of stay cleaning OPTIONAL for €80. If not selected, the apartments must be returned in their initial cleanliness (with the beds unmade)

Other remarks
The staircase leading upstairs is a little steep, this should be taken into account for people who have difficulty getting around.
