TitrRennes BnB is designated as the brand owned by Eurl BNB city registered with the RCS of Rennes under number 812 985 604 whose head office is at 13 F bd Solferino 35000 Rennes. These general conditions are an integral part of the rental contract which is concluded, depending on the establishment concerned, "professional furnished rental". This building is composed of several fully furnished apartments allowing temporary stays of 1 night to 3 months maximum. These accommodations are in no way intended to constitute main residences, or even secondary residences, so that it is prohibited to establish one's residence in the premises whether continuously or discontinuously. It is prohibited to practice any commercial, craft or professional activity there. Consequently, the contract will be governed by the provisions of the civil code as well as by the conditions provided for herein and in the accommodation contract regularized between the parties. This contract cannot be considered as a hotel contract insofar as the services characteristic of this type of contract are not provided; the services offered are not included in the price and are only offered as an option. The occupation of the accommodation must respect the limit of the maximum number of occupants authorized according to the category of accommodation reserved. The reservation of a stay implies acceptance of these general conditions of sale which prevail over all other previous conditions or even over any general conditions of purchase. 5

Reservation

The reservation of an apartment is only acceptable after acceptance by Rennes BnB. Confirmation of the reservation remains at the discretion of the operating company. To be considered firm, the reservation must be guaranteed: - Either by payment in full via the website www.rennesbnb.fr or a partner website. The reservation will be considered firm and definitive only when it has been collected. For any reservation that would take place within a period of less than 48 hours, it cannot be made solely by online payment. For any stay, a "rental" contract will be concluded between the company BNB City and the occupant at the time of booking on the website. For all reservations, regardless of their nature, departure must be made no later than 11 a.m. Any departure after this time will be billed at the price of the last night.

CANCELLATIONS OR NO SHOWS:

Any cancellation must be made by email to info@rennesbnb.fr This will be effective from the moment that "Rennes bnb" has become aware of it and an email confirming the cancellation is sent. In the event of cancellation of a reservation confirmed by "Rennes bnb" or premature interruption of the stay, the following rules will be applied: - If the cancellation occurs 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date, 100% of the amount or deposit will be refunded. - If the cancellation occurs 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date, no refund will be made. Any early departure, late arrival or no-show will not claim any refund of the payment for the stay. Similarly, "Rennes bnb" is not responsible for disruptions during the rental or for delays upon arrival, such as strikes or other disruptions that are not its responsibility.

Security deposit

The amount of the security deposit corresponds to 1 month's rent. This amount will not be debited if no damage or deterioration has been noted in the accommodation and if it is returned in a good state of cleanliness. A credit card imprint is made at the time of booking on the site. In the event of breakage or theft or damage, it may be debited by Rennes Bnb. In order to preserve the quality of our services, household linen missing during the final cleaning is billed to the tenant on the basis of 5 Euros per tea towel, 15 Euros per towel, 20 Euros per fitted sheet, pillowcase or mattress protector and 50 Euros per duvet cover. Also, stained linen requiring special cleaning or a dry cleaning deposit will be billed at least 20 €. Any missing decorative element will be billed according to their purchase price.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY DURING THE STAY / INSURANCE AND PERSONAL ITEMS:

At the end of the stay, the client must return the apartment in the same state of cleanliness and order in which he found it. If more than 1 hour of cleaning is required, this will be billed for the time spent on an hourly basis of 50 Euros. The resident is responsible for any damage, loss or deterioration of the apartment or its contents that occurs during his stay. Repairs to any damage noted will be his responsibility and will be deducted from the security deposit. As the accommodation is NON-SMOKING, any cigarette burns, ash stains, even minor, will result in the payment of compensation of at least 150 Euros and will be taken from the security deposit. The resident is prohibited from carrying out repairs to the premises himself. In the event of stains on carpets, furniture, walls, floors, etc., he must contact the representative whose contact details appear on the contract. Waste and other items must be placed in a bin provided on the premises. The resident must respect the internal regulations of the building and ensure that the peace and quiet is not disturbed at any time by his behavior and that of his guests. He must respect the common areas and not store anything outside the apartment. Animals are not allowed. Their presence would result in the immediate termination of this contract. The resident accepts and undertakes to use the premises as a good father. Also, any behavior contrary to good morals and public order will lead the person in charge of the apartment to ask the client to leave his accommodation without compensation and without any reimbursement of the payment already made. "Rennes Bnb" is not responsible for the care of any personal object left by the resident on the premises, whether he is absent or not. The apartment and its furniture are insured by redundancy insurance. Your personal property and valuables are not covered by this insurance. We particularly recommend that you insure for yourself and the people staying with you, all the property and valuables of each against loss or theft. Civil liability insurance is recommended for everyone. An inventory is provided in each apartment. The occupant must check its accuracy and report any anomalies, missing or damaged objects upon entering the premises by email to info@rennesbnb.fr.

DEPOSIT:

Pour tous les séjours inférieurs à 7 nuits, l’intégralité du montant est demandée pour valider la réservation. Pour les séjours de plus de 7 nuits, un acompte de 50% est demandé pour valider la réservation. Les 50% restant seront à régler 7 jours avant le séjour. Le paiement de l’acompte sera effectué par « Rennes Bnb » dans les 7 jours suivant une proposition de séjour et de tarif. Au-delà de ce délai, la réservation ne pourra être garantie.

PAYMENT METHOD:

PRICE AND DOMICILIATION OF THE STAY:

Le paiement du montant ou de l’acompte du séjour se fait par prélèvement bancaire, Rennes Bnb se charge d’effectué le paiement avec l’empreinte de votre carte bancaire.
Les prix sont indiqués en euros. Le prix comprend la mise à disposition d’un appartement, l’eau et l’électricité. Les prestations en option ne sont pas incluses dans le prix. Les appartements sont entièrement meublés et équipés. Les tarifs comprennent la fourniture de linge de maison (draps, serviettes), de produits de toilette Le ménage final est également inclus.

DATES OF STAY AND VALIDATION OF ENTRY CODE:

The rental is concluded and accepted on the dates defined in the rental contract. Arrivals are made at the address of the apartment stipulated in the rental contract. The apartment is available from 4:00 p.m. and must be vacated on the day of departure before 11:00 a.m. Access is via a code communicated in advance. This code is valid for the duration of your stay. This after payment of the full cost of the stay. It is strictly forbidden to access the accommodation before 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival; entry before this time without authorization will result in the payment of an additional night.

UNAVAILABILITY OF THE APARTMENT:

En cas d’indisponibilité de l’appartement du fait du propriétaire ou à la suite d’un incident technique, « Rennes Bnb » se réserve le droit de substituer en priorité, à l’appartement réservé, un autre appartement de même catégorie tarifaire. Le locataire ne pourra pas se prévaloir d’une surface ou d’une décoration différente pour refuser l’appartement.

INSURANCE AND LIABILITY:

Rennes Bnb that whatever the length of the stay its insurer does not cover: -Theft, damage or disappearance of personal effects in the apartments, including in the common areas, the outbuildings of the building The liability of the operating company cannot be engaged for any of these reasons. This accommodation contract is subject to the status of professional furnished rentals.

INTERNET ACCESS:

The information collected during your rental is subject to computer processing intended for the administrative and commercial use of the company BNB City. This information is necessary to process your request. In accordance with the law "Informatique et Libertés" of January 6, 1978 amended in 2004, you have the right to access and rectify information concerning you. You can also, for legitimate reasons, object to the processing of data concerning you. You are likely to receive commercial information from the company BNB City. La connexion internet est offerte pendant la durée de votre séjour. L’accès au service est réservé aux personnes physiques majeures, à jour de leurs obligations financières vis à vis de BNB City, et disposant d’un équipement avec connexion Wifi. BNB City décline toute responsabilité en cas de non fonctionnement de l’équipement de l’utilisateur ou d’incompatibilité de celui-ci avec le service d’accès internet. L’accès internet proposé ne doit en aucune manière être utilisés à des fins de reproductions, de représentation, de mise à dispositions ou de communication au public d’œuvres ou d’objets protégés par un droit d’auteur ou un droit voisin, tels que des textes, images, photographies, œuvres musicales, œuvres audiovisuelles , logiciels et jeux vidéo, sans autorisation des titulaires des droits prévus aux livres 1 et 2 du code de la propriété littéraire artistique et industrielle. Le fait de télécharger illégalement est un délit pénal passible d’une peine de trois ans d’emprisonnement et d’une amende de 300 000€ pour les personnes physiques, amende multipliée par 5 pour les personnes morales.
