Our 6G Gaming cottage is a UNIQUE rental offer with a total capacity of 12 ADULTS!

This is an offer reserved for:
- Professionals in an on-site seminar or participating in a conference in TOURS who do not fear the proximity of the beds and who rely on gaming moments to continue to get to know each other better and share their good humor! (Configuration of 2 possible meeting rooms + conference equipment)
- Groups of friends over 25 years old who are passionate about gaming from all over France
- Teenagers from 10 to 17 years old who want to celebrate their incredible birthday (with at least one accompanying parent). Possibility of exemption for a nightly rental outside the weekend ONLY for this event (2 nights minimum normally)
- Families who come to visit the city of Tours or their own families living here or who wish to spend a good holiday enjoying an entertainment offer for the youngest
- Students coming to take exams feeling the need to relax (a little) between the tests
- International travelers who wish to enhance their trip by satisfying their passion for the games that they had to leave behind them…

Our 6G Gaming cottage is not a party place. Respect for the premises and the neighborhood remains imperative in all circumstances. We fully embrace the Geek/Gaming spirit and are involved as gamers ourselves! (don't worry, we don't participate in your stay 😉 ). Only karaoke has no place here for obvious reasons of unsuitable decibels in the city center. We make a considerable difference between "having fun" and "partying".

Our cottage is located in a lively and sometimes noisy area on weekends from Thursday evening to Sunday morning due to the presence of a nightclub nearby (coming and going in and out of the club). This element does not bother groups who plan to stay on site for the duration of a last game... (see the reviews and comments online!).

We are professional rental companies specializing since 2016 in the Gaming offer on our 3 cottages, including 2 located in Tours Center and 1 located in Brittany.

Practical aspects:
- You will occupy 1 villa on 4 levels offering 1 living room/lounge on the ground floor (2 large tables for the 12 guests), 1 equipped kitchen, 1 Gaming area of ​​45m² "Man Cave" style (5th sleeping area), 4 bedrooms including 3 large ones of more than 15m² on the two upper floors! 1 private and enclosed courtyard for parking 2 medium-sized vehicles or 12 bicycles or 8 to 10 motorcycles!
- Full air conditioning for stays from May to August
- Beds are made and towels provided!
- End-of-stay cleaning is offered as a paid option for €120
- Conference equipment is also offered as a paid option for €79 (Paperboard + sheets and markers, video projector + fixed screen + speaker + connectivity, access to a color laser printer).
